Startup Costs: $1,000
to over $5,000
To get your first clients, you need
only to be able to purchase as many
plants as the first client needs.
Once you begin generating income,
you can increase your inventory. You
will also need a commercial vehical
to transport plants. (You can always
rent one for the day at first if you
need to.) If you choose to provide
rentals for events, you will need
a place to store plants when not in
use.
Earnings Potential: This
can easily be either a part-time or
a full-time income depending on how
far you want to take it

What you will need:
All you need for this business is
enough capital to invest in plants
which you will then "rent"
to businesses and home owners. You
will also need a commercial vehicle
to transport the plants and your equipment.
Your clients:
Places like hotels, office buildings
and restaurants will be willing to
pay you a monthly fee to keep their
indoor plants looking spectacular.
It will be your job to place the plants,
feed and water them on a weekly basis
and keep them looking great. Special
events and weddings are also a great
prospect.
As an add-on, consider holiday decoration
rentals.
